CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is an instant dialling system that automatically recognises stored numbers in its database instantly notifying the Arithon user when one of these numbers is calling, while simultaneously informing them if it is a client or candidate.

On screen you can take notes on the phone call along with everything else you need. When the Arithon user clicks on the notification they will also be presented with an automatic client call history, so there is no time wasted searching through all of your records to find the information.
