Arithon provide cloud-based software which offers superior manageability and a dynamic workflow designed by recruiters for recruiters. Our software deals with the entire cycle of the placement process and efficiently stores client, candidate and vacancy details to allow consultants to match appropriate candidates to vacancies according to their ranked suitability. We’re a company at the forefront of technology within our space and also offer web design with full integration to the CRM and mobile applications alongside compatibility with social media sites and job boards.
This is formally a telesales position but it’s not just a numbers game. You’ll spend a good portion of time on the telephone but will also be expected to conduct thorough research and use social media to your advantage. We welcome applications from candidates who have a minimum of 12 months sales experience particularly from a recruitment, cloud-based or telesales background. This is an incredibly entrepreneurial role for the level of experience required so you’ll need gravitas and bags of ambition. As we attend a number of London based events you’ll need to be confident and comfortable to network with people at all levels of seniority.
Arithon’s Head Office is based in Dublin so there will be a certain level of travel required for training purposes etc. We’re currently sourcing offices in the Medway area for occupation in late December/early January and are looking for a superior location with great facilities that will offer a fun but hard-working environment. We cannot guarantee a specific location at this stage so a driving license and access to a car may be essential.
Flexible depending upon experience but will include basic salary + commission.
